Being the 7th adopted child out of 8 has been hard on me but it also has save me form foster care or what other people refere to as "the system". My life growing up was hard, at the age of 4 I was sexually abused by older bother and I he told me not to tell anyone. When I finnally told my mother at the age of 10 and my bother went to prison for 7 years but he got out early for good behavor. I started thearpy at the same time I was going to court and so learn that I'm not alone that there is other people out there going through the same thing. In 2007 my mother went in to the hospital for a very heavy pain on her panty line, found that to was a Pilonidal cyst witch in meny cases can tunnal and go ceptic. She end up in the hospital for 5 months (Christmas through April Fools) and she missed out on a lot of family outings/get togethers in this 5 months. 4 years later in 2011 she got another cyst that went ceptic, she missed our first three weeks of school, the same thing happen the next three years same time period and every thing .
My mother is a very strong person, one time she was asked by the hospital Doctor what her pain was on a scale of one to ten and she said an eight. The Doc told her that she was a tough woman because that pain should have been a ten. Right now my mother is fighting with a disease that causes the body to attack its self, she is going through chemo treatment and I can attment it I am scare that she is going to Die. She doesn't like to say it, but I now she is dying I have that gut feeling that I have always been scare of and it wont go away no matter what I do. So besides water polo and Swimming this is my life and I have to deal with it. On May 1st, 2015 I found out that my cousin Hannah (who has Nerofibromiosis) has Cancer and this news has devistated me. Hannah is only 16 years old, already has to deal with tummers, and now she has to go through all of this cancer stuff. She is my best friend and I wish I could take her place because I don't know how much more she can take. Lupus erythematosus is a name given to a collection of autoimmune diseases in which the human immune system becomes hyperactive and attacks normal, healthy tissues.[1] Symptoms of these diseases can affect many different body systems, including joints, skin, kidneys, blood cells, heart, and lungs. Systemic- Fatigue in SLE is probably multifactorial and has been related to not only disease activity or complications such as anemia or hypothyroidism, but also to pain, depression, poor sleep quality, poor physical fitness and lack of social support It is sometimes necessary for people with lupus to receive medicine in the form of infusion therapy, which involves the delivery of these medications intravenously (through the veins). Different medicines may be used, such as Cytoxan and, more recently, Rituxan. West Virginia is a peaceful place were the folks are outspoken and minds are open. Its a place were the mountains meat the valleys in a mountain song 24 hours a day and 7 day a week. West Virginia is a place of nature, wild animals, and good old sweet ice tea. its not just a state it has a kind of blissfulness to it that you can't get anywhere else.
My mother was born in West Virginia on February 21st, 1958 in the really small town of Clear Fork. Growing up for my mother was tuff she was the first of two kids and at the age of 16 was working to help my grandmother pay the bills and support the family. she worked a part time job, went to Sexton high school, and played volleyball while she did all that she also did all her household chores. She has always done what was right for everyone, but she really never does anything for herself. So once a year we let my mother go on a scrapbooking retreat with her "girls"(friends) and she goes Friday thru Sunday. She has a blast doing it and she is doing something she enjoys doing.
Today I got my Current Event Assignment and I am really nervous. The Current Event can be a locally or nationally as it relates to a area of study that I have had in the Law Enforcement Program throughout the school. My Presentation has to be 5 to 10 minutes in length. The current Event that I'm interested in is: PA. teen takes selfie with dead body, charged with murder
"Maxwell Marion Morton, 16, of Jeannette was arraigned Friday, Feb. 6, 2015, on charges of first-degree murder, criminal homicide and possession of a firearm by a minor in connection with the death of Ryan Mangan, 16" Read more: http://triblive.com/news/westmoreland/7729452-74/police-morton-photo#ixzz3RXbGe18p "According to a criminal complaint, Morton took the photo with Snapchat, a messaging app that lets people send photos, videos and texts that disappear in a few seconds, unless the recipient saves them. If that happens, the sender is automatically notified. In this instance, the boy who received the photo saved it, and his mother turned it over to police. The photo "depicted the victim sitting in the chair with a gunshot wound to the face," which, police said, is how Mangan's mother found her son when she returned home at about 6 p.m. that day. The Snapchat photo had the name Maxwell at the top, and Morton also sent the same boy text messages saying, "Told you I cleaned up the shells" and "Ryan was not the last one," according to the criminal complaint. Westmoreland County District Attorney John Peck would not comment on the messages, including whether authorities believe Morton was referencing plans to kill others. "We don't anticipate any additional charges at this time," Peck said Monday." The Sentencing :"Westmoreland County detectives and Jeannette police got a search warrant Friday for Morton's residence, based on the cellphone photos, and found what they believe was the same gun, hidden under the basement stairs. Morton confessed "that he used the handgun found in the basement under the stairs to shoot Ryan Mangan in the face and then leaving the victim dead in the room," according to the criminal complaint.
By charging Morton with first-degree murder, authorities contend the killing was premeditated with malice. The criminal homicide charge is an umbrella count that leaves open the possibility that Morton could be prosecuted for a lesser degree of murder or even manslaughter. If convicted of first-degree murder, Morton would face up to life in prison, though the sentence would not be mandatory — as it is with adults — because he is under 18. Even so, Morton is charged as though he's an adult. His eventual attorney could try to get a judge to move the case to juvenile court, where Morton would face incarceration or parole only until he is 21."
This video is on the case that this book is about. By the why the officer he wanted killed is the one that wrote this book, So whatch carefully!!!! There is 100 Ten Codes that Officers use so that the subject doesn't understand what dispatch is talking about. 4 types of laws: Natural law- It is the historical bases of society's principles and perspective on misconduct, based on a higher power and not originally man made. Natural law is often uniquely fitting to smaller groups or communities. Common law- customs, traditions, norms, and/or prior Judicial decisions that guide courts and judges in decision making; that have not been enacted into law or statutes. Constitutional law- Rights and Laws which are established and enacted in the U.S. and State Constitutions and enforced by Federal and local LE agencies. Administrative law- Rules and Laws which are writen and enacted by Executive Branch agencies under authority of Statutes. These rules/laws have the same authority of the statutes and found in Administrative Codes as "R" similar to MCL.
